I agree to list my property and/or travel services on Instant World Booking (IWB) and that IWB will collect a commission for all reservations, according to the following terms and conditions. IWB will collect commissions in the form of a deposit from the customer. The basic commission rate for preferred partners is 8%. To attain preferred status, newly listed partners must complete a minimum number of reservations at the non-preferred commission rate: 12 reservations, 10% commission. After completing these initial reservations in full compliance with the terms and conditions of this website, my property/services will automatically be upgraded to preferred status, and my commission rate will be reduced to 8%.
